Clave Advisory LLC was founded close to home. Our Founder and Managing Counsel’s wife is an interventional cardiologist, and through her, along with many close friends across medical specialties, he has seen firsthand how complex and stressful contract negotiations can be for physicians and other healthcare professionals.

What began as helping his wife navigate her own agreements gradually grew into supporting others within the physician community, translating complex legal language into practical and understandable guidance. Over time, it became clear that there was a meaningful need for contract support tailored specifically to physicians and healthcare professionals, delivered in a way that feels accessible and grounded in real world understanding.
