Clave Advisory LLC was founded close to home. Our Founder, Attorney and Managing Counsel is married to an interventional cardiologist, and through her experience, as well as relationships with physicians across a range of specialties, he saw firsthand how complex and stressful contract negotiations can be for healthcare professionals.

What began as helping his wife navigate her own agreements grew into supporting others in the physician community—translating complex legal language into practical, understandable guidance. Over time, it became clear that physicians and healthcare professionals need contract support that is not only legally informed, but also accessible, thoughtful, and grounded in a real understanding of their careers.
